  • How long is the hire period ?

    The hire period is 48 hours from the time you hire the items. However if you would like to hire for longer then please let us know. Typically we would recommend before 12pm on the day of hire and no later than 8pm of the return.

  • Do you provide set up ?

    If you would like us to set the games up for you there will be an additional £50.00 charge. All games are pretty simple and self explanitry so it shouldn't be too much trouble for you to set them up yourselves. 

  • How do I make a booking ?

    Simply give us a message on the website and we will check on the availability of your choosen games then we can book you in.

  • How do I pay ?

    We accept bank transfer or cash only. We require a deposit of 50% within 72 hours of the booking which will secure your booking and the date slot requested. The final 50% is required within 30 days of the date slot. There is also a holding deposit which will vary depending on amount of games hired.

  • What happens if I cancel ?

    If dates are available we may be able to move your slots to another date if not any cancellations will result in losing your intial deposit.

  • What happens if any hire items get damaged ?

    Its understandable that items can show wear and tear but any items that show obvious signs of damage then they will be charged to you to cover the repair or replacement.

  • Liability

    We will not be liable for any damages caused by hire items. Before the games are handed over we will require a waiver form which has our terms and conditions on to be signed before release. We will also require one form of ID.

  • What happens if it rains ?

    We would very much appricate it with your cooperation that the games are taken indoors.
